1. Scope of Services

We offer tax-related consulting and support, including but not limited to: 

  • Income Tax Filing
  • GST Filing & Registration
  • TDS Compliance & Filing
  • Business Registrations
  • Financial Planning & Advisory
  • Tax Notice Assistance

 2. Document Submission Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and complete documents via Google Form, WhatsApp, or email. Tax Help Desk will not be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Processing Time Turnaround time depends on the accuracy and timeliness of documents submitted. Urgent filings may incur express charges. Service initiation begins only after receipt of all necessary documents and applicable fees.

4. Payment Terms 

  • All service charges will be communicated transparently before work begins.
  • Full payment is to be made in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable unless the service is not initiated by our side.

 5. Confidentiality All client data, personal information, and submitted documents are treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for tax and compliance purposes.

6. Third-Party Portals Tax Help Desk may access and operate on government portals (Income Tax, GST, MCA, etc.) on behalf of the client after receiving consent and necessary login credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability We work diligently to ensure accurate and timely filings. However, we shall not be held liable for: 

  • Delays caused by portal issues or non-submission of documents by the client
  • Penalties due to late submission of details by clients
  • Tax department decisions beyond our control

 8. Amendments Terms may be updated as per changes in tax laws, compliance requirements, or service structure. Clients will be notified of significant updates.9. Client Responsibility 

  • Ensure timely communication and availability during peak filing timelines
  • Cooperate during assessments or notice responses (if any)
  • Retain copies of all final submissions and acknowledgements shared

 🟢 By availing services of Tax Help Desk, clients accept and agree to the above terms.



💰 Refund & Rescheduling Policy –

Tax Help Desk value your time and trust. To ensure a professional experience for all clients, we follow the policies outlined below: 

A. 25-Minute Online Consultation Rescheduling:

  • Clients can reschedule once for free by informing us at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

❌ Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Missed or no-show appointments
    • Incomplete sessions due to client unavailability
  • Refunds are granted only in specific cases:
  • Double payment or technical billing errors
  • We are unable to deliver the service from our side (e.g. staff emergency

📦 B. Full-Service Engagements (ITR, GST, TDS, Registrations, etc.)

General Policy:

  • Refunds are not issued once work has been initiated (i.e., document verification, portal logins, or any backend activity).
  • If the client cancels before any work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting consultation or administrative charges.
  • If the delay or error is from our side and service is undelivered, full refund or service substitution will be offered.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for client-side delays, incorrect document submissions, or non-responsiveness.
  • Time-sensitive services (e.g. penalty filing, last-date submissions) are non-refundable, especially if deadlines are missed due to incomplete details from the client.

📝 How to Request a Refund

  • Send your refund request in writing via WhatsApp along with reason and payment proof.
  • Approved cases will be processed within 5–7 business days.

📌 Note: We aim for fairness, but smooth service depends on proactive communication and timely cooperation from clients.
